The Patient Portals at Mon Health allow you to see lab results, radiology reports, discharge documents, and patient information from your visits. Other information in the patient's electronic medical record is available, such as medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and Advance Directives. Our Patient Portals are HIPAA-compliant and your personal health information is protected.
