Skyler Malone started her career at Mon Health as a Registered Nurse before going on to pursue her Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration. She now works as a Nurse Manager.

The culture at Mon Health influenced me to obtain my Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration with hopes that I could remain and grow with the hospital that is now a big part of my life. I was lucky enough to be appointed a new position of Nurse Manager. My desire is to continue growing and Mon Health has always afforded that growth and support.” 

Kelley Moody has a similar story, starting her career at Mon Health as a clinical assistant. 

“From working as a clinical assistant through nursing school, to completing my master’s degree and transitioning into a Nurse Manager role, Mon Health has helped me to grow through each phase of my career,” said Kelley Moody, Nurse Manager.
