Grafton City Hospital has teamed up with WVU Medicine’s Telestroke Program, which began on April 1, 2020.
When an blood clot deprives the brain of oxygen, timely intervention is critical. WVU Medicine’s telestroke program uses technology to connect rural hospitals with top neurologists, allowing them to quickly diagnose stroke and determine how to treat the blockage.
