Physical Therapy & Fitness Center
Tygart Valley Rehabilitation & Fitness is committed to your total wellness. Our Physical Therapy clinics have knowledgeable and friendly staff to serve you. Our staff frequently treat patients with orthopedic or neurological injuries, post-operative patients, sports injuries, geriatric and pediatric patients. We also work with individuals who experience common issues such as joint pain, neck pain, back pain and/or need compression stockings for edema management. We offer several treatment options for patients with various diagnoses, including manual therapy, soft tissue mobilization/massage, therapeutic exercise, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, lymphedema therapy, and many other modalities. A skilled therapist can evaluate you and will work with you to develop a program that will meet your specific needs and return you to function.
Fitness Center:
Our Fitness Center promotes a healthy lifestyle through fitness center memberships. Our Grafton location offers flexible hours to accommodate members and has several equipment options, including weight lifting equipment, free weights, treadmills, elliptical, and recumbent bicycles.
Gym Membership Fees:
New Member: $28.00 per month
6 months paid in advance, 6% discount Total = $158.00
12 months paid in advance, 10% discount Total = $302.00
Senior Rate (55 & over): $24.00 per month
Family Rate: $65.00 per month, inclusive of all members
(For a family of 3 or more in the same household.)
Grafton High School Student: $22.00 per month
We offer complete solutions to assist you in attaining your best fitness, weight loss, and health and recovery goals. Please call to set up your initial assessment that is required before you will be permitted to exercise in our facility on your own.
Yoga, Zumba, Youth Fitness and Silver Sneakers classes are offered on a seasonal basis. Hours vary. Call the Fitness Center for more information.
Fitness Center Hours:
Monday through Friday: 5 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday 8 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
Inpatient Care
Our outpatient Physical Therapists also work with our inpatients during their stays in the hospital. We work to counteract the deficits of endurance, ambulation tolerance and safety that frequently occur while patients have a hospital stay. We see hospital inpatients 7 days a week, except for holidays, to ensure that our patients receive the best care possible while they are recovering at Grafton City Hospital.
