We encourage your independence by promoting maintenance of good health, prevention of disease and disabling conditions, and working toward the full rehabilitation of our patients.

Types of Providers and Services:

●Skilled Nurses
Nurses can provide complex skilled services such as injections, extensive wound care, complex teaching or disease management, including diabetes, heart disease and lung disease, intravenous therapy, and nutritional services.

●Physical Therapists
Therapy staff work with you in creating a home program that can include strengthening exercises, range of motion activities, transfer techniques, and safe walking tips with or without assistive devices such as canes and walkers.

●Home Health Aides
Aides can offer help with bathing, foot and nail care, assistance with exercises and walking, and catheter care.

●Financing
Most skilled home health services provided by Stonewall Jackson Home Care are reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance companies. A Stonewall Jackson Home Care representative will work closely with you to obtain maximum reimbursement coverage.
