Mon Health Preston Memorial Hospital Employee Selected for Generation West Virginia Fellowship

GWV is an organization dedicated to equipping young West Virginians with the key skills and career opportunities they need to thrive in the Mountain State. The GWV Fellowship is a leadership development training program for promising young professionals in West Virginia.
Over the course of nine months, Fellows will attend nine sessions, including five in-person and four virtual, where they will learn from industry leaders while honing a valuable skill set that will accelerate their professional track and empower them to grow within their industries.
Luckasevic is among the 30 young professionals selected for the fellowship. Luckasevic joined the Mon Health Human Resources team in February 2022 and works as an HR Generalist at Mon Health Preston Memorial Hospital. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. She is currently pursuing her M.S. in Human Resources Leadership. Outside of work she volunteers with “Be My Eyes” and spends time traveling with her husband and toddler.
“Representing the Mon Health System and West Virginia through the Generation WV Fellowship is an absolute honor,” said Luckasevic. “I look forward to enhancing my skillset, making new connections, and exploring our beautiful state.”
