Patient & Family Advisory Council
The Patient & Family Advisory Council meets regularly and is comprised of patients, their family members, and staff who receive and provide medical care at Mon Health Medical Center and its local affiliates. Mon Health Medical Center team members will play a critical role by providing guidance and working alongside PFAC members to continuously work to improve the overall patient and family experience.
As part of the PFAC process, patients and/or family members actively engage in discussion of improvements in care, processes, and experiences. PFAC members are viewed by Mon Health System as respected partners and critical resources in reaching the goal of delivering higher quality, better coordinated, and more patient-centered care.
