Mon Health Heart & Vascular Center Welcomes Dr. d’Audiffret

Vandalia Health’s Mon Health Heart & Vascular Center is proud to announce the addition of Alexandre d’Audiffret, MD, to its esteemed team of health care professionals. Dr. d’Audiffret joins the center as a leading vascular surgeon, bringing with him decades of expertise in vascular and endovascular surgery, as well as an impressive record of leadership and innovation in his field.

Dr. d’Audiffret previously served as chief of vascular surgery at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, where he led numerous advancements in patient care, including the development of complex aortic management programs and multidisciplinary emergency care protocols. In addition, Dr. d’Audiffret has held academic appointments at prestigious institutions including Rush Medical College, where he was a professor of cardiovascular and thoracic surgery.

Dr. d’Audiffret
earned his medical degree from the University of Manitoba and completed several esteemed fellowships in vascular surgery and endovascular research, including training at Hôpital Henri Mondor in Paris and SUNY-Buffalo School of Medicine. He holds multiple board certifications, including in Vascular Surgery from the American Board of Surgery, and has been recognized with numerous honors for his clinical and teaching excellence.

Dr. d’Audiffret is not only known for his clinical and academic achievements but also for his dedication to community and international service. He has volunteered as a vascular surgeon for the U.S. Armed Forces, providing critical care to injured soldiers, and has contributed to various national quality improvement initiatives in vascular health care.

At Vandalia Health, Dr. d’Audiffret will focus on delivering expert vascular and endovascular treatments and advancing patient care through innovative techniques.
