Mon Health Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital Pharmacy Technician Trainees Achieve Certification

Mon Health Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital proudly announces that pharmacy technician trainees Anna Armstrong, Luke Wiseman and Zachariah Stalnaker have successfully completed the training and certification process required to become registered pharmacy technicians in the State of West Virginia.

Armstrong, Wiseman and Stalnaker participated in the Pharmacy Technician University, an internal training program offered through Vandalia Health’s Charleston Area Medical Center (CAMC). This comprehensive program included coursework and 500 hours of hands-on work experience at Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital. Upon completing the program, Armstrong, Wiseman, and Stalnaker passed the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) exam. Following their certification, the three trainees completed the necessary steps to become registered pharmacy technicians with the West Virginia Board of Pharmacy.
