Mon Health Urology Welcomes Dr. Mary Novak

“We are proud to welcome Dr. Mary Novak to Mon Health and expand urology care across the system,” said Karen Friggens, Vice President of Physician Services at Mon Health Medical Group. “Dr. Novak joins our comprehensive team of urology providers and her expertise in both urology and robotic surgery will expand the high-quality care we provide to patients across the region.”
Dr. Novak obtained her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, Virgina before completing her residency at Charleston Area Medical Center in Charleston, West Virginia. She is board-certified by the American Board of Urology.
“As a urologic surgeon, I am dedicated to delivering compassionate care and utilizing advanced surgical techniques to improve the lives of my patients,” said Dr. Novak. “I am looking forward to practicing urologic care alongside my colleagues at Mon Health Urology to deliver high-quality healthcare close to home.”
Dr. Novak will offer comprehensive urologic services including the treatment of kidney stones, pelvic organ prolapse, overactive bladder, scrotal procedures, management of female stress urinary incontinence and management of benign prostatic hypertrophy, and treatment of bladder, prostate, and kidney cancers.
