Mon Health Wedgewood Primary Care Westover Office Relocating

Mon Health Wedgewood Primary Care’s Westover location will begin seeing patients on Aug. 27 in its new location at the Gateway, 6000 Memorial Church Drive, Westover, WV.
The office will close at 5 p.m., Aug. 24. The office will remain closed Aug. 25 – 26.
Patients who need urgent care during the closure are encouraged to visit our Cheat Lake location.
The office phone number will remain 304-292-7316.
“The new location will provide easier access for our patients, including more parking,” said Frank Ortiz, Mon Health Wedgewood’s Chief Operating Officer. “The new location will feature larger exam rooms, new equipment, onsite X-ray and labs and a new modern look and feel.”
