Vandalia Health Hosts Annual Leadership Summits in Charleston, Weston

Vandalia Health convened its annual Leadership Summits this week in Charleston and Weston, bringing together 400 leaders and board members from across the system’s northern and southern regions.

The Leadership Summits provided critical updates on Vandalia Health’s ongoing growth, integration, financial health and recruitment efforts for physicians and staff. Leaders also received key insights from the Institute for Academic Medicine on the expansion of graduate medical education programs, including new residencies and fellowships, as well as research initiatives across the system.

Keynote speaker Quint Studer, a nationally recognized expert in health care leadership, delivered an address on the power of teamwork, managing organizational change and fostering a workplace culture that aligns with Vandalia Health’s mission, vision and values. His presentation reinforced the vital role of leadership at every level in driving a patient-centered approach to health care.
